Sarah Wolfe was the only living survivor from the massacre at the Vanacutt Mansion, but no one believed her claims that ghosts were responsible for the gruesome murders that took place there. Now her recent and questionable suicide leaves her sister, Ariel, no choice but to devote herself to finding out who - or what - was responsible for her death. Ariel discovers that Sarah sent her the diary of the sadistic Dr. Vanacutt just before she died, offering clues to the diabolical evil that resides within the house. But the diary also makes Ariel a target in a deadly treasure hunt that leads a group of unwitting victims back to the Vanacutt Mansion, reawakening the terror imprisoned within the house on the hill. This time, the house and the evil spirits inside are out to make sure that no one leaves alive.

Katie and Micah were enjoying a happy, carefree life. Their future looked promising until bizarre events began occurring at night. Katie was no stranger to paranormal phenomena - she had been stalked by a malevolent entity since childhood, and she feared that it had followed her to their new home. They purchased a video camera to find out what was happening at night as they slept. Over the course of three weeks in September & October of 2006, they ran nightly surveillance and captured incredible proof of Paranormal Activity. The nightly surveillance footage and home videos have been edited into the feature film, Paranormal Activity.

Sarah, a young photographer, is by herself on Christmas eve. She's been alone since her husband died tragically in a car accident. Today is the last day she has to spend at home before going to hospital to induce labor. The calm is interrupted by a knock on the door. Confronted by a mysterious woman, Sarah is immediately suspicious, and refuses to let her in; however, the woman will not leave. Sarah suddenly feels afraid and calls the police. In the gloom outside, the woman watches her through the picture windows. Yet, when the police show up, the woman is gone. With riots raging in the neighbouring suburb, the distracted policemen comfort Sarah and leave. Sarah locks herself away in her house, unaware that the woman is now inside. As she feels her first contractions, she does all she can to fight back this madwoman hellbent on taking one thing...

PAKISTAN FIRST GORE FILM!
In the spirit of the EC horror comics of old, the film tells the story of five teens who get lost on their way to a rock concert, are menaced by flesh eating mutations and then fall into the clutches of a family of backwoods killers. The film includes copious amounts of gore alongside a splattering of social commentary and several slices of dark humour. It's best seen as a tribute to the cinema of Lucio Fulci and George Romero, but viewed from a distinctly Pakistani perspective. The film is directed and co-written by former film critic Omar Ali Khan. Its cast combines some of the country's most exciting new talent alongside Pakistani film veterans such as Rehan and Najma Malik. The gruesome make up effects were done by Nawab Sagar, another industry veteran who has worked on numerous mainstream productions. The film was shot by London trained cinematographer Najaf Bilgrami and was edited by the UK's Andy Starke.

As always, the government moves too late and poorly and a group of film students wind up filming the movie of their lives, without even looking to do so, and while trying to escape from the massacre. A genuine Romero, in top shape and with his rifle loaded.
